INGREDIENTS:
3 measuring scoops of Mana Origin (around 129 g)
1 ½ Hokkaido pumpkin, seeded and cut into squares
1 small piece of ginger, peeled and sliced
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
250 ml water
PREPARATION:
The procedure is simple: Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Depending on how powerful your blender is, this should take no longer than 5 minutes. We recommend letting the smoothie sit for a few minutes so that all the flavors come together. Then dig in!
