Heaven Labs, Inc. hereby establishes the conditions for return of goods/individual products as part of the 30-day money-back guarantee.

ManaPowder™

1. You are entitled to return a maximum of 2 boxes of each powder (flavor/item listed on our web site).

2. You must send the following to Shipmonk/Heaven Labs, Inc., 285 Centerpoint Blvd, Pittston, PA 18640:

• The originally sealed box or boxes, or
• The opened box or boxes together with unopened and opened/used pouches of ManaPowder™.

3. Returned boxes must contain all original packaging, but the pouches may be opened and their contents may be consumed.

ManaDrink™

1. You are entitled to return a maximum of 2 boxes of each drink (flavor/item listed on our web site).
   
   
2. You must send the following to Shipmonk/Heaven Labs, Inc., 285 Centerpoint Blvd, Pittston, PA 18640:

• The originally sealed box or boxes, or
• The opened box or boxes together with unopened and opened/used bottles of ManaDrink™.

3. Returned boxes must contain all original packaging, but the bottles may be opened and their contents may be consumed. 

ManaBurger™

1. You are entitled to return a maximum of 1 box of the ManaBurger™.

2. You must send to Shipmonk/Heaven Labs, Inc., 285 Centerpoint Blvd, Pittston, PA 18640 only the original paper box without its content; no ManaBurger™ should be in the box.

3. As part of the process of withdrawal from the Agreement, you must send photo documentation of the spoilage or disposal of at least one ManaBurger™.

ManaPowder™ | Family Pack

1. The “30-day money-back Guarantee” does not apply to the Family Pack.
