Vitamin B6 comprises three bioactive molecules—pyridoxol, pyridoxal, and pyridoxamine—whose basic structure is a substituted pyridine ring. These play a fundamental role in the metabolism of many amino acids. The active form of pyridoxal phosphate is a coenzyme which is required for the function of over 60 enzymes.
Vitamin B6 contributes to:
- Normal cysteine synthesis, normal homocysteine metabolism, normal protein and glycogen metabolism, and normal energy-yielding metabolism
- Normal nervous system function
- Normal red blood cell formation
- Normal immune system function
Vitamin B6 is a natural component of the ingredients in ManaPowder and ManaDrink. We also add it in the form of pyridoxine hydrochloride. Precise information on the quantity of vitamin B6 in ManaPowder Origin can be found here. Precise information on the quantity of vitamin B6 in ManaDrink Origin can be found here.
