30-day money-back guarantee - Products Annex

Heaven Labs, Inc. hereby establishes the conditions for return of goods/individual products as part of the 30-day money-back guarantee.

ManaPowder™

  1. You are entitled to return a maximum of 1 box of each powder (flavor/item listed on our web site) with 7 pouches of ManaPowder.
  1. You must send the following to Heaven Labs, s.r.o., Modletice 194, 251 01 Modletice, Czech Republic:
  • The originally sealed box, or
  • The opened box together with 6 unopened pouches and 1 opened/used pouch of ManaPowder™.
  1. Returned boxes must contain all original packaging, but 1 pouch may be opened and its content may be consumed.

ManaDrink™

  1. You are entitled to return a maximum of 1 box of each drink (flavor/item listed on our web site) with 12 ManaDrinks.
  2. You must send the following to Heaven Labs, s.r.o., Modletice 194, 251 01 Modletice, Czech Republic:
  • The originally sealed box, or
  • The opened box together with 11 unopened ManaDrinks and 1 opened/consumed bottle of ManaDrink™.
  1. Returned boxes must contain all original packaging, but 1 bottle may be opened and its contents may be consumed. 

ManaBurger™

  1. You are entitled to return a maximum of 1 box of the ManaBurger™.
  1. You must send to Heaven Labs, s.r.o., Modletice 194, 251 01 Modletice, Czech Republic only the original paper box without its content; no ManaBurger™ should be in the box.
  1. As part of the process of withdrawal from the Agreement, you must send photo documentation of the spoilage or disposal of at least one ManaBurger™.

ManaPowder™ | Family Pack

  1. The “30-day money-back Guarantee” does not apply to the Family Pack.

ManaBar

  1. You are entitled to return a maximum of 1 box of each ManaBar (flavor/item listed on our web site) with 28 ManaBars.
  2. You must send the following to Heaven Labs, s.r.o., Modletice 194, 251 01 Modletice, Czech Republic:
  • The originally sealed box, or
  • The opened box together with 27 unopened ManaBars and 1 opened/consumed ManaBar.

Bundles and products from the "Taste Mana" section

The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to any of the products listed in the 'Taste Mana' section, i.e. individual items or packs not specifically mentioned above. Nor does it apply to special Mana combinations, so called Mana Bundles.
