Hi,
my name is Katerina, or Kate, and I used to be extremely overweight. I am only 160 cm tall, but in 2010 I weighed as much as 97 kilos. I never ate healthy, I was never good in the kitchen, and I was always so busy. 

But all that changed when my doctor diagnosed me with morbid obesity. I had no choice but to start eating better and trying to develop healthier habits. By 2014, I had slimmed down to 64 kilos, and I was more confident in myself than ever before.
