COVID-19 Updates

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, Mana, like many companies, is experiencing changes in product availability and order fulfillment times. One thing that has not changed, however, is our commitment to taking the best care of our customers, employees, and partners.

In an effort to keep our community informed, we have compiled the following list of updates, which we will continue to modify as the situation develops. We hope that this will provide a bit of clarity in these confusing times, but if you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us directly at magic@drinkmana.com.

1.) Shipping

Orders should still be expedited within one business day after they are placed. Standard delivery time is up to 10 days from the date of shipping, but some orders may be delayed due to unexpected changes in the operations of our couriers. After your order is expedited from our warehouse, you should receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number from the relevant courier service.

2.) New Mana Family Packs

Over the last several weeks, we have experienced an exceptionally high volume of orders, sometimes for months’ worth of food. In order to keep up with increased demand, we have decided to introduce an unconventional solution: the Family Pack. This is a bulk package that contains 140 meals, which is a week-long supply of food for a family of 4, or a month-long supply of food for 1 adult.

Introducing this solution quickly enough to meet demand required us to shorten our supply chain and pack freshly made product directly in our own warehouse using different packaging materials. The design of the package itself is secondary; most important for us is to deliver the same high-quality food to our customers so that they can stock up without having to leave home.

3.) Sanitation and Hygiene

Though orders placed through our U.S. website are fulfilled by our distribution partner and delivered by a number of private courier services, all our products are manufactured at our headquarters in Prague, Czech Republic, where we are still adhering to strict hygienic measures.

All Mana employees have been trained in proper hand washing protocol, work areas are sanitized multiple times per day, and our colleagues in production are still having their temperature measured at the beginning every shift. In addition, anyone involved in order handling or packing must wear a face mask and vinyl gloves. Our production facility is closed to the public, and anyone entering the premises must undergo a process of disinfection in addition to standard temperature measurement.

4.) Possible Product Shortages

Although our inventory is well-stocked, temporary unavailability of certain ingredients could theoretically occur due to unexpected changes on the side of our suppliers. We do not foresee anything like this, but in case of any sudden changes we will notify you immediately.
